The short version
If an item is significantly different from its listing, faulty on arrival, or never turns up, you are entitled to a full refund. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and do not use the item in the meantime.
When you can return an item
Not as described — wrong model, wrong storage size, or a condition materially worse than stated.
Faulty on arrival — does not power on or has an undisclosed fault.
Damaged in transit — report with photographs on the day it arrives.
Never delivered — if it has not arrived within 7 days of the estimate.
When you cannot
You changed your mind about a correctly described item.
Damage caused after delivery.
Fairly used items showing the cosmetic wear that was disclosed in the listing.
Contact us with the order reference and photographs of the issue.
We review with the seller, usually within two working days.
If approved, return the item in the condition it arrived.
Getting your money back
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paystack. Banks typically take 5–10 working days to post the funds. Where the fault lies with the seller, return delivery is covered.
Disputes
If you and the seller cannot agree, we will mediate and make a final decision based on the listing, the messages exchanged and the evidence provided.
